Can I return a product?
We can't refund opened products, and under certain conditions we will offer a refund. We leave it up to our customers to know the specific laws surrounding hemp and CBD, which may be separate from marijuana laws. If for any reason your order is not delivered, we are happy to take the necessary next steps to help you.
Does CBD Connoisseurs have physical location?
Yes our only location at the moment is located at 108 W Broadway Ashland, Missouri and we are looking to expand in our state.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes we ship to all 50 states. The United States FarmBill of 2018 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Because all our pro ducts contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed by federal law to conveniently ship to your doorstep.
Will your products make me fail a drug test?
It is a very slight chance that you will fail a drug test because our products contain less than 0.3% THC. Some drug tests vary and are more sensitive than others so we cannot make any guarantees.
Can I take your products with prescription medication?
We suggest consulting with your doctor or professional if you are taking any medication before taking CBD. Rest assured all our products are natural and won't ever be fatal, but it is good to check with a doctor to be 100% sure.
How do I take your products and how much should I take?
Our oils have droppers which we recommend taking one ml a day and taking it at the same time each day. Consistency is key in benefiting from CBD and after some trial an error you can adjust your dosage to what fits you best.
Will I feel high when I take your product?
All our products are full spectrum so they contain a very small trace of THC but since its less than 0.3% THC you will not feel any psychoactive effects when taking our product.
Will CBD help my condition?
Due to federal regulations, we cannot make claims about whether or not natural CBD hemp oil can help with specific ailments. We do however urge everyone to research the widely available information online. You can easily find many resources about CBD hemp oil and its possible benefits.
Can my pet take CBD?
We offer our full spectrum CBD oil and edible treats for pets, too. CBD oil works for dogs, cats, and other animals, too. Like any other health or dietary supplement, you might give your animal friends, check with your veterinarian for best results.
